Explore enforcement →These Community Guidelines explain how we interpret “respectful behavior” on Dahlia and how the Behavioral Trust Score (BTS) responds to conduct. They apply to all profiles, messages, video calls, uploads, names, and off-platform conduct that impacts user safety.
Conversations should feel as safe and respectful as a first meeting in public. The following behavior is prohibited:
Use the in-app report, block, and SOS buttons located within every profile and conversation. Our moderation team reviews urgent safety reports 24/7, and you can email safety@dahlia.app for follow-up.
You will receive an in-app notice when enforcement occurs. Each notice includes a “Request Human Review” option.
Serious incidents that begin on Dahlia but continue elsewhere (harassment, stalking, violence, scams) may still affect your BTS and account status. Share police reports or screenshots with safety@dahlia.app so we can act quickly.
We revise these Guidelines as new safety risks emerge. We will post the revision date at the top of this page and highlight major changes via in-app notices. Questions? Email safety@dahlia.app.
