Request data deletion or account removal

Use this form to ask us to delete your Dahlia data in line with Google Play's data deletion policy. We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days (often sooner).

Identity verification We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.
What gets removed Deleting an account removes profile data, messages, matches, and preferences from our systems (subject to legal retention requirements).
Billing App Store or Play Store subscriptions must be cancelled with the store directly.

What happens next

Confirmation We send a confirmation and ticket number to track your request.
Processing Deletion is prioritized for safety requests and completed within 30 days at most.
